Term and Conditions of Newmarket on Fergus GAA Easter Camp 2025
1. A Parent/Guardian must complete registration form (Electronic or Paper Form on the Day)
2. All medical conditions must be clearly stated on the application form
3. Children Must bring a packed lunch, rain gear and sun cream day.
4. The hours of the camp are 10:00am - 2:00pm each day. Parents may drop children off from 9.45am.
5. Newmarket on Fergus GAA is not responsible for children outside of the above hours.
6. Newmarket on Fergus GAA does not accept responsibility for the loss or damage to any property belongings to the participants.
7. Newmarket on Fergus GAA reserves the right to cancel part of/or the entire programme with all the payments refunded.
8. All valuables must be left at home.
9. Information about activities is given good faith. All arrangements and activities are subject to change.
10 Depending on weather conditions, programme schedule and other arrangements, Newmarket on Fergus GAA camp has the right to cancel, amend or alter activities.
11. If a child is unable to attend, a full refund will be given with 7 days notice or a doctor's note is provided.
12. Lost property will be held onto for 1 week after camp finishes.
13. Any participant whose conduct is deemed by the camp manager to be detrimental to the best interest of the programme will be dismissed - no refund will be made. Children must comply with all safety requests by their supervisors. Failure to comply will result in the child being removed from the activity.
14. Mobile phones are not permitted at camp.
15. Permission is granted to seek medical treatment in the event of an accident.
16. I/We consent to the use of any photographs that may be taken of our child during the camp to be used, distributed or shown as Newmarket on Fergus GAA sees appropriate.
